This stipend is given to support the young people's basic needs, items for school and/or items for work. The young people will create personal budgets during the program to help them properly manage and spend their stipend money.

During the program, youth participants will be on the program site two days a week to engage in programming such as work readiness activities, financial literacy, resume building, smart goals, career exploration, social justice, and attend off site field trips on Fridays with trained TMLY staff and facilitators.
